C25k slow down

I just don't have the time for C25k this week - which i kinda knew would happen... I ran Monday night and then have walked the dog for the past 2 mornings - up very steep hills! But I just haven't had the time to run in the evenings.. too much to do before I go away.. I won't get to run tonight either. I'll be packing and giving instructions to the housesitter before hitting the highway for 2hrs.. Let's hope there is an update about completing a C25k session on the beach tomorrow.. that's the plan.
