When random photos of a friends party turn up in your news feed of facebook and you realise that your ex's girlfriend looks pregnant AND you mumble all through cooking dinner that you just hope she's fat.. it may be time to delete your facebook account.

ooh i hate those moments. i had one no myspace (which i am too old for anyway) when my ex posted that he was engaged.... ugh
