Results
My official time for Sundays run is in. It's not bad. I came middle of the pack for my age group. I now have a clear goal of what time I want to run. I'm also not beating myself up anymore about 'shuffling along'- I may be shuffling but it's still running and I wasn't anywhere near last. I'm aiming for under 30mins for my next run - with my longer term goal 24-25..
