I must be the only person (bar the junior IT guy fixing a numbskulls computer) in my office NOT watching the Melbourne Cup this very second.. I'm usually all for any excuse to down a beer or 2 in the middle of my working day when it's perfectly acceptable to do so. In fact even encouraged. However - being the new girl, not knowing anyone and generally not ready to show off my drinking boots just yet I can't be arsed to participate! I also have no clue about any of the horses this year!
So I'm pretending to be all diligent and shit with work... except I'm blogging/facebooking/ebaying until they come back with empty bottles of champagne. mwhahaha!
